Envelope Addressed to Mrs Tivnann? 1921? (with press cuttings / memorials)

The name of the addressee can be seen on the envelope here and I think the date is 1921, looking at the stamp. The name may be Tivnann, as there is another much later letter from a Tivnann of Thornaby.

An address written on the back of the envelope -

Inside the envelope are 2 small cuttings of which this is the first - about the Timothy Hackworth Memorial.

The second is memorial notice in the paper to Albert Ernest Hackworth (Bert) who, sadly dies unmarried at the age of 35 - son of the late Albert and Esther Hackworth of Thornaby on tees. He was their only son. I'm assuming this was about or sometime before 1921.
